Rehearsals are held in the Band Hall on the Village Green at 980 Point Nepean Rd, Rosebud. Rehearsal goes until 10pm with a 15 min supper break at 9pm.

Please arrive at 7.30pm to help set up, so that rehearsal begins promptly at 8pm.

New players are always welcome.

Cranbourne Lions Concert Band annual Concert Band Festival is an opportunity for the various concert bands in the local area to combine for one afternoon of entertainment. The event has been running since 2001 and has grown significantly over the years to include many local community concert bands. It also features a massed band where all of the bands join together for several pieces of music. The festival is a great opportunity for bands in the local area to network with each other and build relationships within our local banding community.

There are now no restrictions on the numbers that attend band practice. We still need to QR check-in and have a valid vaccination certificate. Masks are not required. Band Practices will recommence Friday 12th November 8 pm to 10 pm (TBC) under COVID safe conditions - Masks and Social Distancing. Yesterday I received an email from the Mornington Peninsula Shire informing me that all halls are to remain closed until 30 June 2020. This means there will be no band practice till after this date. Hi all,Last week I received an email from the shire stating that they are closing all community halls until further notice. I have also heard from Rosebud and Sorrento RSL's, and the Village Glen that they are cancelling their ANZAC services.Therefore, band practice is suspended for the immediate future. Rehearsals are held in the Band Hall on the Village Green at 980 Point Nepean Rd, Rosebud. Rehearsal goes until 10pm with a 15 min supper break at 9pm.

Please arrive at 7.30pm to help set up, so that rehearsal begins promptly at 8pm.
