Get ready to embark on a dazzling musical journey beneath a canopy of stars at our "Sounds Like Christmas" spectacular at the MPAS Observatory! This enchanting evening will transport you to a wonderland, where the spirit of the season shines bright. Hosted by the Mornington Peninsula Astronomical Society The Southern Peninsula Concert Band will serenade you with timeless Christmas classics and modern renditions, all while surrounded by a breath taking celestial backdrop at the observatory. Join us for a heart warming celebration of yuletide joy, where the magic of music and the brilliance of Christmas stars unite to create an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Concert will be indoors if the weather is inclement or outdoors if weather allows. Reserve your spot early as indoor seating is limited. The Heart of the Community Market is held on 'the old Carnival site' on the Rosebud Foreshore at 996 Nepean Road, Rosebud. The market runs from 8am to 1pm on the second Saturday of each month. This was the Rosebud Community School Market. The concert band will perform between 10am and 12 noon on Saturday 14th December 2024, near the entrance to the carpark for the Sea Scouts hall. Please arrive by 9.00am to help set up.

Official Band Photo session. Band Hall. 8pm. Full band uniform - Red Jumper, white shirt, black pants, black socks, black shoes. Band members - Please make sure you attend. The photo session will only be held on this night.

Southern Peninsula Arts Centre. Rosebud Secondary College. 245 Eastbourne Road, Rosebud. Sunday 29th June 2025. 2pm-4pm. Tickets $5 at the door. Children 12 and under free Volunteers FREE wearing ID badge from your association.

Cranbourne East Secondary College. 50 Stately Drive Cranbourne East 3977 Supergroup rehearsals commence 10.30am. Bring a music Stand Please arrive 12 noon to 12.30 if only participating in our band. Concert starts 1pm. We play 1.40pm.

Rosebud - Meet at the corner of Point Nepean Road and 9th Avenue before 9am. Step off for the march is 9.30am. (Possible park at Woolies Car Park and walk down). Service at the memorial clock near Jetty Road. Sorrento - Meet at the flag pole in the middle of Sorrento Village Shops, Ocean Beach Road, at 11am for an 11.30 step off.
